2. Which areas do we service?
Ans: We service customers whose place are in the area that near BTS or MRT, mainly Eastern part of Bangkok. We also provide service at Bangna, Ladprao, Dindang, Phaholyothin, Ramintra, Charoenkrung, Samyan and Charoennakorn.
3. What will our maid do in each service? Ans: For cleaning service, our maid will clean the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. She will also clean the balcony, wipe furniture and windows. And she will wash the dishes, change bed sheet wash and iron clothes. In addition, in each house, the size and decoration are different so the maid will arrange her work to fit with the place and service time. We also provide mattress cleaning service, sofa cleaning service and curtain cleaning service as well.
4. How many maids will be sent in each service?
Ans: For cleaning service, we send only one maid in each service. But for mattress and sofa cleaning service, we will send 2 staffs in each service.
5. Do we provide any cleaning equipment and supplies? Ans: We don't provide any cleaning equipment and supplies in cleaning service. The reasons are it is inconvenient for the maid to carry them while travelling and each customer's house has different decorations and furniture which require different kinds of cleaning equipment and supplies.
6. Can we send the same maid to service you every time? Ans: We can send same maid if customer fix service day and time.
7. Can customers cancel the service? Ans: If customers want to cancel the service, we require customers to inform us 2 days in advance. The service fee will not be charged.
8. How does the location affect the service fee?
Ans: If your place isn't near the main road, there might be additional transportation cost.
9. Is it ok to use our service if there is not anybody present in the room during the cleaning?
Ans: There are some of our customers who allow the maid to work without their presence. For your information, some of our customers leave the key at condo reception or mailbox. Some customers wait until the maid comes before they go out and let the maid do her work alone until she finishes and she will lock the door before she leave. Still, we will not be responsible for any lost of property.
10. If you are not satisfied with our service, can you change the maid? Ans: Yes, we can. Each customer has different preference on maid. So if you are not satisfied with our service, we will change maid for you. In case that we cannot send the new maid, we will return the remained service fee.
11. If we cannot send the maid, will we return the remained service fee?
Ans: Yes, we will return the remained service fee.

After payment confirmation, we will send maid to service you on appointed date and time.
After your service fee is balanced, we will send you the working record of service used in past package and invoice for next package.
